I helped a friend get set up on eBay yesterday and set them up through AuctionWatch to do the auctions. We set up one auction initially and saved a copy of it into Inventory. Anyway, when I got home I noticed a problem with the auction and launched a copy with corrections via the one in Inventory as they had several of these items. I knew their passwords because I had set everything up for them. (Of course, after this initial setup I wasn't going to access their accounts again and they can change the passwords, etc.) I then tried to delete the original one via eBay but it wouldn't let me, so I called them to have them do it, which she did. Then she got NARU'ed. I don't know why at this point....Perhaps because eBay thought someone (me) was trying to mess with her auctions and did this as a safeguard?
Anyway it was all an innocent screw-up if I was the "culprit" and they need to be able to get back on eBay, as they have invested in a lot of merchandise to sell.
What is the fastest way to get in touch with eBay and get this resolved? I feel bad if this is my fault (especially after investing several hours setting everything up via a slow dial-up!).
