Hello,
where can I find the final value fees I pay ebay? I just sold an ATV vehicle for a friend for 2k or so and I cant find the fee

You can see your itemized invoice by clicking on Sell, then Seller Account, then View My Account or you can determine the FVF from this table:
Closing Value Final Value Fee
$0 - $25 5.25% of the closing value
$25 - $1,000 5.25% of the initial $25 ($1.31),
plus 2.75% of the remaining closing value balance ($25.01 to $1,000)
Over $1,000 5.25% of the initial $25 ($1.31),
plus 2.75% of the initial $25 - $1000 ($26.81),
plus 1.50% of the remaining closing value balance ($1000.01 - closing value)
Vehicles & Real Estate
The following fees apply only when there is a successful high bid on the item:
Item Category Final Value Fee
Passenger Vehicles or Other Vehicles $40.00
Motorcycles $25.00
Real Estate (only if auction is binding) $3.00
