I had a buyer email me asking me for a media rate quote on a video ($3.00 was quoted in the auction). I told her it was $3.00. She emails me back and says "I ship videos all the time and I think shipping is $1.42. What do you do with the rest of the money?" I told her it was a 2 pack so it weighs a little more (probably will still cost the same, though, but I didn't tell her that), explained the price of the bubble mailer and delivery confirmation. So after I email that to her I look up her auctions. She charges $5.00 to ship a video, $1.50 for insurance, and $1.50 for delivery confirmation. I just had to email this back to her.... don't mean to picky now, but why do you charge $5.00 to ship your videos?

Sure you did....And I dont blame you one bit. Makes you wonder where these brain dead fools come from.
They are getting a shipping bargain compared to what they charge.
Stick to your rates and then ask yourself if you really want to deal with this type of "buyer".

I would email her back and tell you that since she bid and won your auction you expect her to follow through or you will file a NPB against her. When I search through some of the auctions and I see the shipping prices I am totally amased that they even get bids. Maybe I mail my items to cheap because I have never had anyone say my charges are to high. Good Luck with this one

She emailed me back and said - "oh, I didn't realize it was a double video, that makes sense now". I think I'll still wait on the feedback until she leaves first.
