Interesting tidbit: Got a 'brochure' in the snail mail box this week from ebay for 'powersellers' ... one article in it mentions that ebay is going to set up a system that might help nonpaying bidders get that payment made ... it said that when an nonpaying bidder alert is submitted, that the next time the npb'er logs on [or tries to place a bid - i forget which] a pop-up screen will come up on them encouraging them to pay the seller on the auction that wasn't paid for] .... they're not going to demand the person pay up, just gonna 'encourage' it. ...
