Happy - check some of the ideas in the Marketing Ideas for Websites and Ebay thread.

Definately work on developong your website. There are so many fly by night thieves in the electronics areas that every extra piece of credibility you can give is invaluable.

yes, I'd like to know how to get ANY bids, any ideas?

I just started using my other ID again.. low low feedback, 3 year old ID,

Ok question, in my ad.... I put 'I'm not new to ebay' with a link to my larger feedback ID,that I've had for 6 years, do you think that will instill any confidence in buyers?

I need bids! LOL!

Near - I think feedback relevence depends soley on the catagory. I have a new account, just started a month ago and I've had 95-100% sell thru rate with most items having 3 or more bidders. Feedback on it is slow building since most buyers end up winning more than one auction. My actual feedback is twice the official numer. Oh, and for those that freak about a neg thinking it will scare of bidders.... I got a neg from a nutcase the first week. Because it was a young account, it dropped the percents to a whopping 60% - I still had a 100% sell rate that week.

Neo, wow! thats great! Yes I agree it has to do with the catagory. Right now I am running a bunch of different things.

I would love to have that sell thru rate! Way to go!

Near - I'm a little surprised myself - best part is that they all pay too - most of them th night their auction ends .

As for attracting bidders- how about a naked happy dance gallery pic Without knowing the genre it's hard to make suggestions - have you looked at the bid and pricing trends among other similar items to see if maybe your opening bid is on par?

LOL neo, (naked happy dancer in gallery)

Yeah, checked out similiar, and even lowered it, not much, by like a $1. or so. We'll see, they all have 5 more days... not putting more on that ID, till I see if anything really happens
