Hi again--boy, I have a lot of questions, but you guys are sooooooo good about answering them!!! Thankx so much!!

If I have listings scheduled to be launched, do I have to be signed on (AOL) and logged in (AW)?????

nope..once you have them scheduled they move to "pending" and you can be living it up in Timbuktu at launch time and they SHOULD launch as scheduled (and Vendio is pretty reliable about this - only real problems are on Free Listing Days and that is eBay's overload too)
