HELP I have a auction winner who DEMANDS I contact him via another email other than the one listed with ebay. I have emailed him several times stating that i will only deal with him and at the email addr. listed with ebay. I finally gave up and filed for the FVF. Now weeks later, I get another email from him DEMANDING that I contact him via the other email address and that he wants to pay by check. (I never accept checks. My Auction description & EOA email also states it) HOW or who do I contact for help?????

paloma91, I just don't get it.
Where is it written that you have to respond to his "DEMANDS"?
Nowhere, that's where. And eBay won't get involved in email issues.
Ignore him and get on with your life. If he negs you, he negs you. Who cares?

If you can't contact him via the email he has on file with Ebay, report him for having invalid contact info and get him booted. Maybe then he'll have a little time to read the rules and improve on his manners. I personally find demanding people offensive and have very little patience with them. I would rather spend my time on listing and taking care of my good customers than waste time with people like this.
