Has anyone else noticed the slow emailed confirmations from e-bay, or even the lack of a confirmation at all ??. We sell on a daily basis and keep all emailed confirms with the (very small !!) items we are selling, they are to us invaluable and are filed for tax purposes. E-bay say that in fact these are "courtesy" messages that you should not rely on and you should go to "my ebay" in their absence. Well, if you happen to be selling quite a few items every day it is a real pain to scrub around on "my e-bay" to find out who your buyers were. You are never quite sure if you
are going to get their confirmations in an hour, 10 hours or 36 hours.......they refuse to go to the root cause of the
problem and find out why their system can
delay them for 36 hours. Are we alone in
a) needing these things or b) suffering the problem !!!
