I hate to admit I looked that closely, but the two reflective "buttons" each have a different pose on them. Look at the positions of the arms in the reflective buttons on the fourth picture.
Either it's TWO naked men next to each other, or the photo is faked.

Boy, you are good to notice that! They were discussing that in OTWA and they think the same thing - they were discussing whether he took two photos and patched them together.

Replay - I thought that too when I saw the photo, but my girlfriend reminded me that the reflection is curved. He's holding the camera in his right hadn, and is reaching forward with the left. That's why in the left reflection you see his left arm clearly, and in the right you don't (it's actually in the far left of the right reflection).
Either way, he's either completely oblivious, or really likes to have people see him naked.

Boy, you'd think if he was going to fake the photo he's worry less about the size of his arm in the photo....hee hee hee.
