Whenever I mail music CD's I ship in a padded bubble mailer first class for $1.19. This is not bad at all and much quicker than media. You can charge $2.50 to $3.00 as this is what the majority of sellers charge for the same type item. 6x10 bubble mailers can be found for less than $0.25 on eBay so this leaves you enough margin to cover your eBay fees and Paypal fees.
