Okay, I who am always touting to give neg feedback when it is due have received not one but 2 retaliatory negs for the same sold but not paid for item!!!!
I left neg feedback "no payment"
he left neg feedback "not happy with this person" , okay fine, I'll take the neg,
but i have 2 negs for the same item number!
what can I do and who do i email and where can i go to reply to the feedback? I cannot find anything today!

You will probably have to wait until Tuesday. I think that can happen if the person gives you a feedback and then uses the back button that is in the upper left corner of your computer and it takes you back to the feedback page again. I really don't know if that is what it is but I think it could happen. I am not going to try it.

thank you both. i have emailed and received the canned response...hopefully they will remove the duplicate in a few days.
