Please someone tell me if I am seeing things? Most of these bidders look like the same person. Most just joined today the 25th. Most of the bids were placed within 15 mins at last check.

Is someone trying to pull the wool over my eyes with something? I have only been ebaying for less than a year. The BIN price is high and the reserve is about 100.00 less. I know about shill bidding but this is not case. I guess my question is why would somebody do this?

Doesn't make sense on a reserve auction -- can't be BID SHIELDING then!

Wierd!

I agree, this looks weird. And only on your stuff and just signed up today. I don't know enough about what you are selling to know if this is a normal bidding pattern. A lot of stuff gets last day bids and this may be what's going on. I still think all of the newbies are a bit strange.

THe first thing I'd do is check the e-mail adresses. Only the seller can do this. If they look too much alike, I'd cancel the bids and block them. If you cancel, use the reason to them to contact you to verify ID.

I hope you haven't annoyed anyone who might try to mess with your auctions. And if you do find out someone is misbehaving, report them.

I cancelled the bids, they were all from the same .com. Auction site for airplanes.

I don't think I have messed with anybody. The 2 times I did screw up I took care long ago. Part of my growing pains on Ebay.

Well I will see if they contact me.

Hi,

Hmmmm..... I wonder if it was one person trying to find out your reserve?

How come they didn't just write you and ask???
