Recently, one of my buyers paid with PP and the PP site entered a shipping charge of $10 automatically. Too much. I saw it and I refunded his payment.
Another buyer using PP had the blanks filled in for him to the tune of a few hundred $$, fortunately he saw it in time and changed it.
I'm sure they'll correct it, but meanwhile watch your PP payments and receipts.
