Ok, a summary about this seller from hell. I bought an auction by buy it now on 5/21. I paid with paypal 5/24. I emailed her a nice perky note telling her I paid and to let me know when the movie is shipped. I never heard anything from her, so I email her again on 5/28 and again on 5/31. No answer. So on 6/1 I file the complaint with paypal, since I'm feeling nervous. On 6/4 I finally hear from the seller. She curses me for filing the paypal complaint and tells me to either drop the paypal complaint or she will leave me neg fb. I respond that I will drop the complaint when I receive my movie that I paid for. She writes back cursing me out saying I deserve neg fb for filing the complaint and not looking at her fb. She then opens a case with square trade, which I respond to. She then sends me more emails cursing me. She then tells me that I must drop the paypal complaint AND leave her positive fb or she'll leave me neg fb. I refused to leave her pos fb for ripping me off. She admitted that she had the item and said that she'd think about mailing my item to me if I drop the paypal complaint. (Her auction had stated that she would ship 48 hours after receiving payment btw.) Then she emails me telling me what an awful person I am because she needs the money more than I do because she has children and how she has a wonderful education and is smarter than I. (She had already left me a neg fb spouting lies about me.)Then she emails me a virus with the subject line Here's your movie. So today I get back from mailing packages and find this email (from a hotmail address) claiming to be a paypal representative:

I came home from shipping packages to find this email in my email box. It is from someone claiming to be a paypal representative. It comes from a hotmail account.

"UPON REVIEWING YOUR PAYPAL COMPLAINT AGAINT THE SELLER *name removed* WE AT
PAYPAL FEEL THAT YOU DID NOT PROPERLY VIEW THE SELLERS EXCELLENT FEEDBACK
PROFILE. BASED UPON HER FEEDBACK ALONE WE FEEL YOU MUST HAVE ACTED
IMPROPERLY. HER AUCTION TOS INDICATE YOU MIGHT NOT GET YOUR ITEM FOR 5-15
DAYS. YOUR COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS NICE SELLER IS WITHOUT MERIT. EITHER YOU
DROP THE COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS NICE LADY IMMEDIATELY OR PAYPAL WILL BE
FORCED TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND CONTACT EBAY AND HAVE YOU IMMEDIATELY
SUSPENDED FOR LIFE. GO TO WWW.PAYPAL.COM AND CLOSE THIS COMPLAINT IMMEDIATE
AND SAVE YOUR PAYPAL AND EBAY ACCOUNTS.

*name removed per ebay rules*
PAYPAL REPRESENTATIVE"

I forwarded this email to paypal and CC the seller and the seller comes back with this:

I don't know what you are playing at here but I am forwarding this to my
attorney.
If he does find out that this was initiated by you, or someone that you
know, you will be hearing from him directly.
I am not playing around with this $7 complaint.
Please do not email me again, I have already notified Ebay and your ISP that
I want no further contact from you and any future
contact will result in harassment charges. This is the third and last time
I want to receive unsolicited emails from you.
You are not a stable person and should not be trading on Ebay.
My feedback should speak for itself. It is 99.5% positive in over 4,000
transactions.

*seller's name removed per ebay policy*

cc: *personal info removed but it was to the Power Seller representative*

p.s. Power Seller Team: I would appreciate it if you could forward this to
Ebay's Investigative Department.

-----------------------------------
She is reporting me for harassment to ebay. I emailed her a few times prior to the paypal complaint, they were all polite. Then I've emailed her maybe 3 times at the most since then and pretty much ignored her. She's not playing around with this $7 complaint??lol

She CC it to the paypal address I forwarded the email to and some ebay email addy (I'm guessing the power seller addy). She acted pretty quick on that when she saw who it was sent to. lmao If she'd pay as much attention to her customers, maybe she wouldn't have to be so nasty.

Well, thought I'd share that with you. She states that thing about her fb percentage in every email she sends out. She goes on about her fb like a broken record.

***not my name on ebay***

I sure would hate to think that email came from Paypal because not only does Paypal type in capital letters to shout at you, the grammar is also awful. What a loony tunes. I buy on occasion. Sure hope I don't run into this one.

That email was definitely not from PayPal. They have their own ISP & would never send anything by a hotmail email. I hope the bitzz from Hell gets what she deserves.

Too bad you can't email a hitman to them.

Actually - she could have some real fun if she were to contact PayPal by phone pretending to believe this letter, demanding to speak with a supervisor and displaying extreme moral outrage over thier actions in this matter. I'll give odds that the result would be that the seller from hell signs on to find a frozen PayPal account.

Further forwarding of this mispresentation of an email to Ebays fraud department could also serve to put the whammy on the accompanying ebay account.

Of course - it all depends on just how vengeful you feel and what degree of hidden evil you possess.

[B]YOUR COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS NICE SELLER IS WITHOUT MERIT. EITHER YOU

It is very unlikely PayPal would call anyone a nice seller or nice lady. I am sure PayPal doesn't care if your male or female or whether your nice or not. They are a business and in their business they are out to make money. Well, in my estimation I think that seller needs a vacation.

I don't understand the 5-15 day delay. Did she state that in her auction? Any indication in her feedback that she delays shipping? Well you have a winner there and I hope everything turns out okay for you.
