a co-worker came up and asked me what to do about an ebay problem...
he purchased a saw....described as "like new".
when he received it the case was in "like new" condition....
one problem...it has been gutted...no motor, no nothing.
when he emailed the seller, she said "tough luck that's the way it was when I bought it, how was I supposed to know it wouldn't work"
I advised him to do a charge back through his credit card company, he paid with cc through Paypal...and to call the Post Office and DA about filing fraud charges...
if we could get rid of sellers like this, people wouldn't be afraid of bidding on ebay.

This dirt bag seller should go back in the same hole he crawled out of. This is why a buyer should only buy from sellers with high good feedback's. Hey buyers buy from the the dealers that have already proved themself through a lot of hard work and you will do just fine.
