Just got this depressing sign-of-the-times email:
To the Membership of OAUA:
Due to current situations and lack of participation, the OAUA Board of Directors is calling a special members meeting in the chat Board Room, at 5 p.m. PDT (ebay time) on Monday, June 16, 2003 to discuss the possibilities and/or feasibility of continuing or ending all operations of the OAUA.
A vote will be held following the meeting to give all members the opportunity to make a decision on this issue. According to the provisions of Chapter 22 of Indiana Code 23-17-22, the issue will be determined by the majority of the votes cast.
Voting will take place on the OAUA site from after the meeting on June 16, 2003 to midnight Pacific Daylight Time on June 21, 2003.
Please vote even if you cannot attend the meeting.

If the OAUA could have figured out how to make everyone the boss and still function it would have worked. Too many Napoleans and not enough soldiers.
