I've just been VERO'd again. That's twice in 2 weeks. I had originally listed the item making mention of the patented product that was included in the item packaging. Got VERO'd. So I re-worded the listing, removing all mention of the offending item (although the offending item shows in the pic)...VERo'd again!
My question...what are the chances I'll be suspended from eBay?
The offending item, BTW, is not the item I'm targeting to sell in the listing. It just happens to be packaged with it. Which is why I went ahead and relisted with a few minor changes in the listing.

If you have not violated patent/trademark/servicemark/copyright etc., then file a counter claim. The other party then has 10 days to file charges in court or you get to relist.
