Hello, I paid for an item via paypal at the end of may and did not receive it. Seller isnot returning calls. How can i dispute with paypal since it is within the 30 days; i do not see a link for this.

I think you have to go through their Help screen/then Customer Service email.
Do you get the feeling that Paypal (wherever it's located; maybe India) is overwhelmed?
