You can now check your spelling in your auction before you submit it or check what you are submitting here on this board. I went on a message board a while back and asked if it would ever be possible to have spell check and I guess they must have actually listened to me- cause here it is!

Saw it and used it today. Great addition. Notice it is even on the community board next to the message box. Now we have no excuses.

If you're posting on the boards, just look for the little button to the right of the box where you're typing the text. You'll see the standard icon for spell check (letters ABC with a check mark). I'm very glad to see this upgrade, and I hope it gets frequent usage!!

Now I can tho.
Thanks.
P.S. It works too, as I tried it..no mistakes.

Ooh ooh! Does the spell check highlight the first letters of sentences that are supposed to start with a capital letter? I'd love to see that. And what about contractions with no apostrophe? I'm serious. Maybe I'll try the wrong way and see if it catches it.

okay here's my experiment no capital letters no apostrophes in contractions. i cant, wont, and dont want to use apostrophes!

Oh duhhh--all the spell check found was "dont" which they highlighted. And said the replacement for "dont" is "dont." So I guess we're not perfected yet, eh?
