I have been selling on Ebay for 4 years and this is the first time I have had someone with private next to their name. Does anyone know what the reason for this might be? I have had such bad luck with 0 feedbackers, this worries me on what the person is hiding. Any input is appreicated.

One thing comes to mind is maybe they order adult material and don't want you or anyone else to know. Another reason to many negatives. Other than that I don't know.

Click on private after their name & it will tell you how many positives, neutrals & negs they have. It just won't give you details unless you ask them to let you see their feedback.

Oh great, they have 4 negs and 4 neutrals and on 1 positive in the last 6 months. Any suggestions on how to cancel them out.

Just go to your Ebay:
At the bottom will be a link to cancell bids.

Be sure to put them on your BBL.

If the auction has ended and their email has bounced turm them in at ebay for a dead email and ebay will bounce them.

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/identity-invalid-email.html

At the bottom of the page is a report hyperlink. Use that to turn in the bad bidder. Ebay tries it twice and if it bounces both times they NARU the user and refund your FVF. Takes 12 to 24 hours.
