ALL NAMES HAVE BEEN CHANGED TO PROTECT THE GUILTY.
I have a bidder who e-mailed me 3 times over the weekend asking for my address. She signed the e-mails Sally. Everytime I tried to e-mail her my e-mails bounced with a message that there was a fatal error in her address. I realized that could just be an ISP problem. (She has AOL, I have MSN). I pulled her contact info. The name on the account was Jane Smith. I phoned and got the voice mail in an accounting office of someone named Mary Jane Jones. Mary Jane called back. She was very nice, but has never heard of Sally and knows nothing about the e-bay auction. How do I report this? Will I still have to start NPB procedures and file for FVF?
