I have tried for several days to revise listings through the Vendio site.
When I click submit changes, I am getting a Gallery Picture error message.
I don't use the Ebay picture service obviously. I cannot use their HELP HUB either...the page has moved. Another glitch I suppose.
I reported it to Vendio, and they claim it's an EBAY issue. Perhaps so, but I believe they should contact EBAY since we pay for the picture service to work through EBAY.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Why don't you revise it through eBay. That is the easiest way to do it, at least it is for me. If it has bids you can only revise certain areas. There is a place on the auction page that says revise. Click that and it will you in to revise what you want. You know sometimes eBay does things that they haven't told Vendio about and then it takes Vendio time to find out what to do. eBay and Vendio are owned by two different groups and sometimes the left hand doesn't know what the right had is doing. Good Luck

I have tried both ways for several days.
I am now having to enter the URL for my gallery pictures. Why has that changed?
I guess Vendio is not aware of this.

No I don't think it has, but if you forget to put the gallery picture in and that can happen then you have to find the URL in Vendio and then insert it in the revised section in eBay. I have never tried to change an auction through Vendio so I don't know much about it but I do know how easy it is to revise in eBay.

I know how to revise listings. I have been doing them for almost 2 years.
I should not have to enter the URL address for my gallery pictures. I use Gallery most of the time, without any problems. For some reason, it's not "reading" them when I revise. VENDIO and EBAY do that together. I cannot click submit the revision when I cannot edit the auction.
Before, I could just make changes. NOW ebay is putting their picture services in there by default.
Maybe when some of you need to revise, you will see what I am talking about. Try changing one and see what error message you might get.
Thanks for the replies.

You must put in the URL unless the pictures are hosted by ebay ipix. Only those pictures will show without the URL inserted. It has been that way for as long as ebay has had picture hosting.
