If your like me I ALWAYS send the spoofs right to e bay. Every little bit might be making a change.
I figure as long as I am there why not voice myself on any other issue that seem to be in need of repair on e bay.
You know like the feed back system that needs to be fixed!
Like NON PAYING BIDDERS being able to leave unwarranted feed back.
Use that time to say something to e bay.
That does seem to be a priority page that they REALLY read. It effects their business so in their own interest I believe they really do take those messages seriously.

And then they cancel the email address (like the powersellers email)from unrelated emails making it impossible to sort.

Jack's got the right idea. And ebay can't cancel the [email protected] address as it's their number one thorn in their side to deal with now. If they provided better support maybe ebayers would have to resort to using the wrong email address.

Thanks ACE. Way to go! Yup! They can't get rid of that one like they did the powersellers address. Everytime you get a spoof or even THINK it's a spoof, hahahaha, even if you don't! Just e mail spoof@e bay.com. If you have a concern or suggestion.
There is more than one way to break down those thick e bay walls. Reagan did it with the Russians, e bay,,piece of cake. HEY!!!! They made the door, I'm just the Doorman. Good Morning Sir. tipping my hat to you Ma'm. Hello George, Welcome back Mr. Trump. Good day Mr. Bill Clinton. Hello General. Good Evening Mr. Secretary. Hail to the Chief. Queen for a Day, Thank you Princess. Goodnight Duke.
Many shall pass through these portals.
AND THE BEAT GOES ON,,,,,

eBay makes it difficult for most users to reach them about any problem. Sometimes it takes awhile for even the most aware user to find where to click if they have a problem. It helps if you are a Power Seller and have a direct place to go to each time when you need help but most users don't have those privileges.
The Suggestion Box on the site map is a joke. No matter where you click you go in circles. It says:
Have a non-category-related suggestion? Let us know. We want your feedback. You are supposed to click on the word "suggestion". When you do it directs you to the Community Help Boards. Not everyone wants to post on ebay boards and most of them are just chat anyways.
So they should just remove the Suggestion Box link because, in truth, there is no such thing as a Suggestion Box.
Here is an example. There is a page that says "Using eBay Help Center" It brings you to a page "Contact ebay Customer Support".
There is then a link that's titled "Browse Help Topics" If you click the link it brings you to a page that says: We are sorry, but the file you requested has moved or does not exist on our system.
Please check the Site Map or the Home Page for the new location of the file you seek. So YES, all you do is go in circles. No wonder people just give up.
