I have sent ebay 3 notices since last Thursday about a bidder who negged me after he was removed from suspension. I have still to receive any word, and the negative is still there. Anyone else have this problem?

Not to upset you, but they probably are ignoring you! Maybe they are backed up and it will take a week or so until they tell you their decision.

I'm beginning to think that Ebay has become a free-for-all. Newbies are running around bidding on things and not paying by the boatload. I wonder how many NARU's since Ebay started their dumb TV commercials. Those commercials have no class whatsoever so just who did Ebay think they were going to attract? You can't file an NPBA until after 7 days. I say not hearing from bidder for 5 days (or 6 in my case) is long enough. Is 7 a magic number? And then in Rustygumbo's case, Ebay suspends someone, lets them come back and then lets them neg? Someone coming out of suspension should not be allowed to leave feedback at all on any auction prior to being suspended.

I don't know what's going on at Ebay. Maybe they've spent too much time redesigning the pages and not enough time policing the newbies that are running rampant. JMO.

Good luck, Rustygumbo. Keep us up-to-date on this. It could happen to any number of us.

Bidders not responding to EOA emails, bidders saying the check was lost in the mail, bidders not caring about the ebay NPB emails, etc. It's a scary trend that ebay is going through right now.

"right now"?

Fluffy, astounded.

I am not a bathtub full of brightly-colored machine tools on Vendio.
