Yesterday morning I had 494 feeback, and then received another, so it went to 495. Last night it went BACK to 494! No neutrals or negatives, and I haven't sold to this customer before, so what happened to my new feedback? Oh yes, if you click on the feedback, it says 495. I am going backwards! No big deal, I guess, but I work hard and hate to see my feeback disappear! Any ideas?

The same thing happened to me today
on my main selling account.

Goofy eBay.
