I think the flower is a dafodil althought aren't they usually yellow? Could be an Orchid - there's more variations of those than styles of Monkey Porn.

I don't believe your vase is a jack in the Pulpit. They have a distinct flower which is really the leaf
here is a listing showing a

Vase is called Stretch Glass. They literally swing the hot glass after taking it out of the mold. That stretches the shape of the glass to increase the size. I'd call it a ruffled top satin glass stretch vase.
There is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."

Tom,

It's an aebleskiver flower, closely related to the escargot blossom.

Anybody knows that, you silly!

Once cut they MUST be put in the Jack-In-The-Pulpit vase or they'll wilt.

It's a LILY. Maybe a variety of tiger lily.

Where do all of you see a particular flower? Maybe I am missing something but all I see is what would be called a ruffled top.

A ruffled top that could easily resemble a calla lilly or trumpet vine or jack-in-a-pulpit plant.

Yup, perfect little angels.

All I know is that I'm getting hungry now. You keep showing all that food, Lucy and it's not fair to the rest of us. I still have over an hour until dinner.

The flower is an opium poppy. The glass thing is a margarita glass from Trader Vic's. Just what kind of canines do you let Ralphie hang out with anyway???

Toast, Can't even tell they're in the house? That's for sure, seeing as how about ten minutes ago I went into their room and (very politely, of course) asked them ALL just exactly what part of "GO TO BED!" they didn't understand. LOL!

Yeah, Stop, the oldest one is WAY overweight. Unfortunately there's not much my son and I can do since they're only here for a few weeks in the summer. Oh well...

Kiara - how about I send them to your house? They make pretty darn good pizza!

Thanks everyone for the nice comments.

I just wanted to add that little kids are seldom a problem in my shop. Over the years it is the adults that have damaged the majority of items and have done most of the shop lifting. Yet little kids and teens get blamed lots.

The little girl looks like one of the who-ville kids from the grinch or a precious moments figurine! (cute!)
