on my auctions paypal is displayed on my listing but not at the bottom part underneath the counter. how can i display paypal as an option of payment in this area?

Cowboy, you either go in global preferences, or ebay site specifics. Fish around in there, you'll find it.

Or go to paypal, find "seller tools" (I think..or something worded similar) and get the html to copy and paste where you want it to be.
