I have two closed ebay auctions: 3036576228 and 3035691115, bought and paid for be the same buyer. The second one shows up in Sales Manager, the first one does not. I select the 2nd auction in Sales Manager and attempt to combine the auctions into an order and it can't find the first auction. What's up with this? I've got to have 100% accurate data in any sales manager I'm using, otherwise I'm second guessing whatever it tells me, then wasting even more time trying to verify everything manually.
I'm evaluating vendio on a 2-week trial and this is going to be enough to give it the boot if I can't figure out why it's doing this.

Should be able to go to post sales.
Click on combinable items.
It should them show the combinable items and ask if you want to combine.

sounds like your having a rough vendio day. the combinable auctions in Post Sale should solve your problem if both auctions were launched and being tracked by Vendio.
you said bought and paid for...did the buyer already reply to one of the EOAs sent by Vendio? this might be part of the problem...just guessing here since i have never had this problem.
