Can anyone identify the product/company/whatever this bowling night light is for? The slogan says "Strike a Light with BRC". I checked "BRC" on Google but don't think this item refers to the British Petroleum Consortium. Thanks for any help...

Hi Blueyes,
The crown logo belongs to a company called Brunswick, I think. They make all sorts of bowling gear. If you head your search in that direction you may come up with something.

looks like "brc" stands for "brunswick recreation centers" (google) and it looks like they have them nationwide..i'm not a bowler but i think it's cute in a kitschy sort of way !

Thanks for help...Guess I had a brain fart...I AM a bowler and am very familiar with Brunswick products...I think the "R" threw me as I was trying to think of what that could stand for...kept thinking of a "B" for bowling...Oh well! This is a cute item...I think probably dates from the 50's or 60's...and I think it's amazing that it still works! Guess they don't make things that durable any more. Thanks again...

Just don't put Shabby Chic in the title or anywhere in you auction description. Cute item. Lots of bowlers will like this one. How cute it would be in a home bar.
