When they touted the NEW listing look I swear there was a live help link on the page?? Well,,,,,,I no longer see it. However I was playing,,,,,,experimenting? with revisions to active bids placed auctions of mine. I hit revise and got a next page, then I hit that and it brought me to another page,,,,,live help is at the top right corner,,,,,looks like a sunny side up egg with a question mark in it,,,,,very distinct help feature? how dumb! The touted page had a face and a phone if I remeber right...made sense! caught the eye,,obviously too many eyes.....

Point is,,,,,,there is where live help is hidden......Unless someone knows where else you can easily accesss it. and if you do ,,,,Please let us ALL know......

Oh!!!!! why was I playing with that feature? i wanted to SEE if I could change the duration period for an auction,,NOPE,,,,once it's bid on ya can't.......no bidders you CAN.

Nothing can be changed once a bid has been made. It's always been that way. Stuff can be added with the special feature though. I believe that once a bid is made and the bid is either canceled by the seller or retracted by the bidder then the auction can not be changed either though techniqially there are no bids.

The ebay Live help link should be prominently displayed not hidden.

Jack...I found the live help link on the Ebay home page. Saw it today for the first time. I hardly ever go to that page. I always sneak in the back door through bookmarks

Jack...I agree, at the very least it should be on the "MY EBAY" page. I never go to the home page because it takes forever to load, and when it does, all you have is a page full of ads for diet supplements and imported junk from China. Newbies don't need to have access to live help. They need to read the written rules and understand them before they start bidding. If they flood the live help dept. with questions that are already answered elsewhere, it will only be a matter of time before the automated responses begin. Put that link in the My Ebay pages with all the other tools that sellers use on a daily basis.
