I bought a book from someone online. So I didnt purchase the DC, I am the recepient of it. It's a weird one. It starts off with SFO followed by 10 numbers. Does anyone have an idea where can I track this? I really don't want to go back to the seller again. Is this an Endicia type of number?

Endicia uses the same numbers as the PO and they are usually 20 digits. I think this tracking number is special to the specific shipper (Fedex? DHL?)
