HI everyone. I use Vendio customer manager, but I use Auctionworks for my auction posting and post-sale management. I wanted to switch to Vendio for that, but they do not support Ebay stores yet. I like AW, but NO ONE used the checkout so it is a real pain to find the customer info and manually input it. Vendio has that checkout button that, I think, runs across the top of the page which would make it easier for buyers to use my checkout.
Do any of you have Ebay stores and use Vendio? If so, what do you do about your Ebay store listings?

Vendio has a great post sale system, that can pick up things like PayPal Payments and post them to the correct item(s), and combine with set discounts on shipping....
I can list. Someone buys. All the e-mails are automatically sent. Payments are applied to the correct auctions. Things work really good. Much of the time, no interaction from me is necessary.
From my experience..
When you mix the Ebay Store with Vendio, you have to Struggle.
Some things work, and some do not. I have had to take the checkout button out of all my auctions. It is a mess, but still worth it.

An ideal scenario as I see it is:
1. Place E-Bay Auction with Checkout Button through Vendio.
2. If item does not sell, have the option to automatically resubmit it to Ebay Store with checkout button.
Right now if I submit an auction through Vendio, with the checkout button in it, and it does not sell. Then I re-list the item through E-bay to my store, that checkout button does not work. It still thinks it is the original auction.
So for now, I have left the checkout button off my auctions, which makes it less likely my customers go through checkout.
