Is this Wheaton glass and would you call it a Iced Tea Glass? Water Glass? I have 5 of them a set would be 6 right?

Hi Lucy...No they are marked Made in Italy but have the same pattern as this Wheaton bottle http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2648387331&category=997 so I'm grasping for straws they also have a luster to them if that helps any and stand 5-1/2 inches with a scalloped edge rim

Reproducing glass designs is very common. A lot of what is sold as "vintage" on eBay is really new and imported. You could certainly say in your desription that the design matches the Wheaton Federal Eagle pattern. You can't call it Wheaton because that's made in New Jersey, USA not Italy ; )
Other than that, my only comment as a glass seller is that amber seems to have the kiss of death in the summer. If you can, wait until September to list them.
