Hi,

I'd love to get your feedback on whether you might use a dating/personals site which was built exclusively for eBay members.

It would allow people with specific common interests (ie. eBay, collecting etc), to meet online for friendships, relationships etc.

It would be an extension of the (already popular) eBay community.

Let me know what you think.

It might work but I think ebay may fight it in court. They already think all ebay feedbacks are theirs and theirs alone and have threatened lawsuits over using the feedback.

Wouldn't use feedback as such, although it could be part of a members profile.

Hmmm. A dating service using eBay feedback. Think of the possibilities.

NEG: Wouldn't get pregnant on first date.
NEG: Smelled like smoke
NEG: Warts in the wrong place!

But then you could pay Squaretrade to straighten everything out!

You've also got the hassle of NPB/FVF for getting stood up.

There are just sooooo many opportunities for raunchy humor in this topic!
