HI, Anyone know of a good spyware/adware removal software? I'm really infected and can't seem to navigate to ebay.

Spybot Search and destroy. Don't bother with anything else, this one WORKS and updates too! While you're there, get JavaCools Spyware Blaster. Mine is installed within my Spybot, but I think it's an additional download.
Got the new Google toolbar yet? they updated it with a popup blocker that works great!

Spybot (free)
Adaware (free)
(free online scan) TrendMicro - Penicillin
http://www.free-av.com/ (free)
AVG (free)
pandapqremove.com
I have it all on my computer and set up the System tools schedule to run at least 3 times a week.
Use a different browser than IE. IE is the culprit and attraction for popup ads.
Use an alternative browser like:
Opera
Mozilla
Avant
Slim Browser
My IE

Thanks again, I will try a new browser, also. I do have a technical question if anyone knows....I can access ebay now, but there are other places that I can't access. I tried to search amazon.com, for example, and I can not get to it. Anyone know why?

check the way you have the spyware programs configured. You might be blocking required cookies. definitely dump Internet Exploder.

I just did a virus scan this morning as I usually do on Sunday morning. I had two viruses and Norton deleted them and did the repair. The odd thing is on clicking for details it said this: Trojan virus which disguses itself as adware and searches for updates.
Does this mean an adware program would keep it out or not? I take it when Norton found it originally it didn't remove it entirely because this is the third time Norton has removed it and all three times in different ways. I used to have adware from the lavasoft site which is what Norton recommended I get. Hope this isn't off the subject of this thread.
