I get alot of emails from customers who need to change shipping amounts in vendio checkout but have not been able to. Is there something I need to do to add that option in checkout so that more of my customers use vendio checkout? I find it to be time consuming to enter the information in vendio myself.

There's a box you can check that is under ebay site specifics. (Click on the "My Account" tab first). I don't remember the exact wording, but it's something like allow bidder to change shipping amount.
