I had a bidder buy an Item from my store and then bid on the same item in my auction. He only wants one item. He already paid for the item from the store.

How do you notify Ebay that both bidder and seller want to cancel the transaction?

Thanks.

You don't know how to cancel a bid?

Site Map > Middle column > down a tad >

Buying and Selling
Manage My Items for Sale

Cancel bids on my item

Has the auction closed yet? If not, the do what the worthless bids aka auctionace says. If it has closed, then you will have to wait 7 days, then file a NPB with the reason being that you mutually agreed to not complete the auction. Then it will allow you to file FVF right away.
