I had a bidder win two auctions from me. I invoiced her adding postage to one of the auctions and none to the other (I combine auctions). Well, she only paid for one of the auctions (the one with the postage added) and is completely ignoring my emails about paying for the other. Should I go ahead and send the one she paid for and then charge her shipping for the other one? I don't want to hold this up and be accused of slow shipping. She paid for the first one 3 days ago - even sent the Ebay pay reminder and no response.
Thanks for your help, as always!

Send her an email, & explain that the postage for two is not the samr as for one & give her the correct amount. I have had this happen & have had no trouble giving the correct amount.

I'd pull her contact info and give her a call.Hate to see you have to waste good hard earned money on a phone call but it maybe the only way she'll understand.
You have tried to email her!! Maybe she is avoiding you because she cant afford both of them right now? Well, whatever the case may be, you've done your part.

Send her the item she payed for and send her an email stating the new postage charge for the second item. Credit her for the excess postage she paid on the first item. If she doesn't complete the transaction for the second item, file for FVF refund and apply the excess postage to a bottle of fine wine.

I would try what toasted said and give them a call...if no reponse that way, I would ship the item paid for... file a NPB on the other item and hope it jogs their memory...
