If you had auctions that closed between 19:15 and 20:08 PDT on July 30, - and didn't get bids because bidders were not able to access your auctions - you might be happy to know that eBay is providing credit as it was suggested here earlier.

I went to the Online Help section - then navigated through to sending a message from the help section - under the category: I was expecting credit to my account - where is it? (That's close to the actual language used by eBay.)

They responded in just a few hours - asked for the item numbers affected (should have provided them up front to speed the credit process) - and today, 2 days later, they have credited my account.

Just thought I'd bring that back to your attention if you were frustrated by the down service on Wednesday evening.
