I just got two emails from someone who thought he was getting ahold of my buyers. He offered the same type item I am selling, complete with pictures!! He finally sent a third email where he realized he had sent the email to me and not who he wanted! Then he had the nerve to ask me why I thought my widget was made by a certain maker. Where do I forward these emails to? I am pretty steamed about it, might cool down in a bit.

EVERYTHING is ( almost ) always in the ebay site map ( one click away on almost every ebay page )

Safe Harbor > Investigations > Buying Offesenses > Transaction interference >
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/transaction-interference.html

The Report clickable link is at the bottom of that page.
