Why aren't they bidding on this? Check his user ID. Did the dog do up this auction?

Are you and I looking at the same auction? I see a knife but yet he talks about a watch.
Even if he had the right picture I doubt I would bid on any of his auctions as he expects the bidder to do all the work and he sits back and waits for payment which he requires in 8 days.

Antique POCKET WATCH ?? Watch Co. SCOUT parts.
Yup, that's the one. Why would anyone take a picture of that knife to begin with?? Did he expect to sell it?

And, it's described as only slightly worn.

The seller obviously put the wrong pictures with the description. I guess nobody sent an 'ask the seller' email about the error or if they did the seller just ignore the email without reading it.
Some knifes and pocket watches still have some value for parts no matter how crappy they look and that must be the case with that rusty knife photo.

But secure. Ya right.
This is the part I like
AFTER AUCTION INFORMATION--Winner must comply with the rules above. listed here
I will not send a email telling you of the win...
What happens if eBay doesn't inform the buyer that he won, then what would he do. As dependable as eBay is I would worry about not receiving a EOA notice.

Also, almost every feedback they've left is negative.

If he is too lazy to contact the high bidder after the auction ends with an eoa, why should a prospective bidder contact him before the auction ends to inform him of his screwup? The game plays both ways. Wonder how many times he will relist before someone feels sorry for him and spills the beans?
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

Thanks Helen.
I'd have thrown that one in the garbage! Maybe there is a lesson here for me after all. Some good stuff is hard to sell on ebay but what I consider junk does just fine.

Yes, kiara, I would have tossed that one too!
It will be interesting to see the final bid.

A little cleaning is all it would take...
I wouldn't bid on their auctions though...
O am curious as to what the watch actually looks like.
AIN'T LIFE GRAND...
