What is it with Sunday? Maybe it is just me, but it seems I usually get neutrals and negs on Sunday. Just got one of each an hour apart without any contact from the buyer.

Might just be coincidence for you. I think if they're gonna neg ya, they are gonna do it whenever they feel like it.
