For some reason my credit card has declined Vendio payment. Ive been using Vendio about 2 years and it has never happened before. It is not at limit so Im not sure whats up.
How long does Vendio wait before they cancel my service? I doubt if I will be able to resolve before Monday. I have auctions ending on Sunday and I would like to relist then also.
Anybody have similar experience and have an idea how long they wait before they cancel vedio services?
Thanks!

I would call your cc bank and ask them whats up with your card as it could be something as simple as an old card expiring.
Most of the time you might have 30 days before vendio will cut you off. Just keep listing as long as you can as you have nothing to lose till then. Best of luck.

yes, I pay with my Paypal card and one month the balance was too low. They just balance forwarded to the next month and then billed both months. They didn't even email me a warning. That was the old Auctionwatch though.

Once this happened to me and I emailed VD. This is the response they sent me. Cleared second time around with no problem:

Thank you for your email. I have looked into why the charge was declined
and when we attempted the charge it came back requesting that we call
the Auth Center. Since this is an automated charge we were unable to
call. Since you have updated your credit card information another
attempt on the card is already in the queue to be charged. If for some
reason this charge is declined please let me know and I will contact the
authorization center regarding the charge. Let me know if there is
anything else I can do to assist you with your account.
