I just opened a new user ID and received my first positive feedback so I receive this email from eBay. Maybe this will help with the feedback problem, but I doubt it.
*Have you looked at your eBay I.D. recently? There's a new number beside it. Someone who's done business with you on eBay gave you a positive feedback comment. Way to go!
Why is positive feedback so important on eBay? Feedback is the cornerstone of trading on eBay. Your positive feedback is like a stamp of approval. It tells other community members what it's like to do business with you, which builds trust across all aspects of your trading on eBay. The more you do business in a responsible way on eBay, the greater your feedback number--and your eBay reputation--will be.
Take a minute to learn more about giving and receiving feedback. Each time you leave feedback, you help build a stronger foundation for yourself and for everyone in the eBay community. We thank you for that.
Congratulations on receiving your first positive feedback. It's great to have you with us!
