They're coming up for me. Good ones, I might add! The clothes show up very well.
(This morning when I couldn't see gallery pics I discovered there's a "Show Picture" or "Hide" link in the Picture tab, just to the left of Item Title. I didn't have it clicked so the pics were hidden.)
The gallery images still are not showing for all the items I launched today. There is a lot of discussion regarding this on the eBay boards. Some people are canceling listings and requesting refunds until the problem is fixed.

I still say that ebay is going to make all gallery photos a free option to enhance the searching on ebay. Just a prediction.
