bought her a diamond engagement ring on eBay tonight!

REALLY!!! She was online and watching some jewelry live auctions while she was cleaning. She has a "computer cat" who likes to climb all over the keyboard and monitor. Suddenly she said she heard a "click" and thought "OMG it sounds like he bid on something! and the next thing you know, a message appears telling her she has won a diamond ring. It seems you dont have to confirm a bid on live auctions!!

She called me and asked me what to do and i told her to contact the seller and we both agreed NO ONE would believe the story! she is still waiting to hear back - !

Tell her to find a fiance QUICK!!! Preferably one with enough money to cover the cost of the ring.

She should trade in the computer cat for the computer sheep. All he seems to do is eat daisies and pee.

If my cat pulled a trick like that you can be darn sure I'd make HIM pay for that ring.

Maybe if she emailed them a picture of the dead cat, which is the only good cat imho, they will let her out of the deal.

He'd better become the new "morris" or land some sweet commercial contracts - the ring cost $ 1,300!!!!!!!!!!! It's ugly as sin! Cat has very poor taste!

LOL rariffle - nah! he's a darling cat but a "little" (<--- did i really say LITTLE? make that "VERY" spoiled! Shop 4's cat would have a real run for his money - P.D. weighs in at 20+ lbs and I am sure he wants to unwrap this himself!

Still no word from the seller...can you believe that EBAY doesn't have safeguards against this in "live auctions"? Well not cats necessasrily, but kids etc could hit the key accidently too - I thought you always had to comfirm your bid!
