Auction closed 6-15-03

I sent a total of 3 emails to this "blond" {she is not new 72 pos 2 negs.} to tell her she needs to pay shipping $3.00.

I also sent a separate email to tell her that she would have to include a mailing address with a paypal pymt, as she did not include one with the 1st pymt she made.

I don't hear a word from her til today when she left this..

Complaint : did not receive product- sent two emails with no response

My Response by - She Didn't Pay Shipping W/3 email Reminders,Total In Ad, Don't hear from me,CALL me

Did I leave her feedback, Yes I did. Can you guess what it was.......

Complaint : Beware!!!Buyer Didn't Pay For Shipping,Leaves Me A Negative For Not Receiving Item 4+3=4?/

Maybe there was an email problem ??? She could have called me, and we could have worked it out.I don't even want to hear that I could have called her, I am not and will NOT beg for the buyer to send payment, when the TOTAL {item amt & shipping} is in the listing ad and all of the payment info is listed there also.96% of my feedback say excellent communication.I send 2 email reminders, and thats it.

Sorry, It bugs me when people do not take responsibility for their own stupidity and blame me for it.

Okay I feel much better now. Thanks

Wrights, seems like there is a proliferation of these buyers lately!! What the h*** is it?

How do you think I felt when that girl took all my auctions down for an agreed upon discounted price for the lot; and then she decides she didnt want to do that, and wants just SOME of THEM at the discounted price?

Somebody said in another thread they are nervy, and they really friggin are!

I think it's a variation of the old Saturday Night Live character ( played by Eddie Murphy ) called Gumby

Instead of I'm Gumby damnit!

it's

I'm an ebay buyer damnit!

I got a neg today too, because the person didn't think the condition was as described (and it was , it was a video and even noted as a former rental) - This isn't as bad as getting one that is completely undeserved, but I would like to see a system where a buyer can put in for a neg, and then have it on hold while you communicate with the seller about a problem. Perhaps they are quick on the trigger and if there is a problem and it can be worked out, it won't be given. My policy is that anyone who gives me a neg WITHOUT any communication of a problem gets one back. If they communicate with me, then I will make a case by case judgement. I am not as bothered these days by the negs, they are not that common, and the feedback system is pretty broke. I hope to maintain a high % of positive because I have a lot of sales on my account, usually 150 to 250 a week so the negs get burried really quick, usually off the page by the next day...

LOL Ace, You're right! They are spoiled, as if they are doing you a favor buying from you. (Which maybe they are, but do they have to be so damn smug about it?)

Any buyer who leaves a neg or a neutral without communicating with the seller first and attempting to resolve the problem first deserves a neg in return. In fact, if they can't doccument to Ebay an honest attempt to work out the problem, they deserve to be suspended indeffinitely.

The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

ahc3, we're you able to educate the buyer that left you the negative feedback by leaving a factual negative for him?

After reading a recent thread here where many sellers said that they left positive feedback the instant they received payment I wonder how many sellers lose the opportunity to show buyers when they leave unjust feedback by returning a factual negative feedback.

I only leave factual negs when I do leave negs, I don't see any reason to do anything else.

I was just wondering if you left a negative in this case. If you don't want to answer that's ok.
