I was browsing and found this auction. I think this seller has it nailed--maybe it should go in a "TOS for Dummies" book!

I wouldn't buy from him because of the TOS.
A) He's apparently in no hurry to ship, or at least he sure sounds that way.
B) No Paypal or any other way to pay other than mailing him a payment. No mention of what international shipping costs will be, since he's in the UK.
C) It may be my own way of reading it, but it just smells of "attitude."
Nope. Just hits me the wrong way.

Oh, I remember the Mr. Men series, they were "hot" when I lived over there, back in the day!

I think his TOS are a hoot and veddy british!
I also picked up the Twinkle series for my little sister, god they drew here like a little tart, but who was I to say!
