Effective August 20, 2003, Vendio now delivers newsletters, corporate emails, and support responses to the Inbox found in the Customer Manager service.
When new messages arrive, the Customer Manager tab will turn orange as an alert. To access your Inbox, click on the “Customer Manager” tab at the top of the screen located next to the “Sales Manager” tab. You need not be a Customer Manager user to access your Inbox.
This method will ensure all Vendio communications will be genuine, and guarantee delivery without being blocked by SPAM filters. Additionally, each message from Vendio will have an icon next to the message to validate authenticity.
We encourage all customers to use Customer Manager to communicate with Vendio. All support requests sent via the “Contact us” page or composed with Customer Manager will be sent a secure response back to Customer Manager. Customers who send messages to Vendio support from other email addresses will receive replies back to the originating email address.
Current Customer Manager users will not be affected by this change, other than they will now receive Vendio communications in their Inbox. There is NO CHARGE to reply to Vendio messages or send support requests to Vendio from Customer Manager.
