OK I am now convinced half.com are run by robots. 2 days ago, I have couple of items removed with a warning saying "continue to do this will result in suspension". They claimed I had some nintendo64 games in good section when they should have been in adequate section, for they are "cartridge only".

Well I make a print out of my inventory and my description, and my description on them was " cartirsge and box in good shape, rental sticker only on the box". My description did not say "cartridge only" but the word"only" and "cartridge" is there. So appernetly, they DID NOT read carefully!

Then today, 40 of my stuff was removed, this time with a major threat about suspension. They said I listed "opened" items in Brand New catagory. I looked at my description, and they said "New, never been opened".Even though a pre-schooler will agree these are items that has never been opened, the robots thought they are "opened"!

I am not going to have half suspend me over their stupidity! Is ebays gotten this dumb? Anyone have any advice, who to contact? Thanks.

It's not humans that are flagging your items, it's surveillance software or monitoring software or what ever they want to call it. They use it on ebay too. Try including the phrase 'backup disk' in a software auction and you'll see it in action.

Half customer service has always been the pits since ebay bought them out. I've read that some half sellers are getting letters that say they are not selling enough stuff and that their inventory will be deleted.

Well this is just stupid. I mean, I believe an average seller here wOULD describe a factory sealed item by using the phrase "never been opened".

Sounds like perhaps Meg whats everyone to leave half.com early, so she can close it up??!!
